Urbania is pursuing a determined strategy of acquiring quality buildings in the historical center of Madrid. The latest acquisition is a historical building located in calle Fray Luís de León in the Arganzuela district five minutes from the Atocha station.
The building offers 25 apartments and two commercial premises with a total built area of 2.900 m2 and is located in one of the most desirable neighborhoods of Madrid with a large offering of leisure and culture in close proximity to the three main museums (Prado, Thyssen and Reina Sofia) and with a large offering of restaurants and bars.
The neighborhood is currently undergoing a mayor renovation with a large younger population moving. At the same time, the area is also the main focus for an ever-increasing quality offering of hotels and other quality accomodations.
Urbania’s will implement a well-defined and tested strategy to improve the asset by redistributig the lay-outs of the apartments to adapt to the new demands and to modernize the building. The overall purpose is to greatly improve the rental income
