Marqués de la Mina, Barceloneta

Urbania continues its expansion in Barcelona with the acquisition of a new building in the renowned neighborhood of Barceloneta.

The Barceloneta, an old seafaring district of Ciutat Vella in Barcelona, built during the 18th century has a triangular shape and borders with the beach, the old port of The Dock of Spain and the new Olympic Port of the city.

The area maintains part of its old fishing village charm, although its seafront location has made La Barceloneta a fast developing area in terms of sales.

The structure comprises two buildings united from the inside. It is located onto Marqués de la Mina Street to the front and Doctor Ginés Partagás Street to the back. It has five floors above ground level, with four apartments per floor and a total built area of 860 m2 divided between 24 apartments of 34 m2 each and 44 m2 for common areas.

This new acquisition represents an opportunity to strengthen their position in Barcelona.
